My journalism career started in Paris as a sports writer then took me to London at a range of papers including The Observer (foreign desk) and The Telegraph (news, business and culture). I have twice been sent to Russia - once to interview the singer Valeriya in Moscow and once to visit diamond mines in Siberia - and travelled to South Africa and Botswana to report on De Beers and to go on safari at the Chobe National Park.
I have a post-graduate diploma in newspaper journalism from City University and am the wheels behind Eurosport's ever so popular cycling blog Blazin' Saddles. My previous staff job saw me write about events in London, from live music to comedy and sport to nightlife and restaurants. I am currently working full time as a freelance writer, with clients that include The Telegraph, Vertu, Cycle Sport and The Roar, as well as my continued work with LondonTown and Eurosport.
